Adapt and change. When faced with a global pandemic, we pivoted and found innovative ways to continue to operate and support the health and well-being of our clients. I was tasked with launching the OC online studio which went live a few weeks after the mandated studio closure.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of local marketing strategies to grow business and drive awareness. 

  • Execute initiatives to drive leads and build brand awareness, elevate member experience & engagement both in-studio and online.

  • Develop network of community partners with the goal of driving local buzz and building brand awareness through collaboration on charity events, workshops, pop-up markets, social media & in-studio experiences.

  • Manage member communication requests, while providing ideas on how to improve overall effectiveness of member communication.

  • Create, designs and execute collateral and marketing materials for studios including social media, clothing designs, product packaging, in-studio marketing, newsletters and emails campaigns.

  • Manage and create digital content for websites. Create content, manage production, videography and promotions for online studios.

  • Provide support to the front of house team and instructors and manage day-to-day operations at the studios.
